Bookings

  1. Customers will receive a booking reference number after making the booking using the company website as a confirmation email. Once the customer has received the booking number, he is obliged to follow all the legal and valid terms and conditions of the company.

  2. Booking via telephone are made confirmed by the company phone representative; once the customer has received the booking confirmation, he is obliged to follow all the legal and valid terms and conditions of the company.

  3. All the provided services of the company depend upon availability.

  4. The company has all the right to reject or not fulfill a booking. Booking can get canceled by the company if the service provider is not competent to fulfill the booking. Moreover, the customer will get a refund, but the company is not responsible for any other loss that it might cause you.   5. It may be necessary to suspend normal service due to the pandemic and local lockdown rules. Customers may be required to pick up and drop off their vehicles from our parking facility.

Payment

  1. Keeping the vehicle longer than the booking period will incur additional charges per day. These charges must be paid before the vehicle is returned. The vehicle will be held if payment is not received for six months, following which the vehicle will be auctioned.

  2. Additional charges will be charged in the event of a delayed flight of 2 hours or more.

  3. Payment for booked services must be made in full prior to their start.

  4. After midnight, there will be additional charges for returning the car.

  5. Select Airport Parking is a responsible payment transaction that occurs through our website.

The Company’s Liability

  1. Terms and conditions will be valid only by applying for the booking directly using the website. Bookings through third-party websites will strictly follow the terms and conditions of that website. The company is not responsible for now providing the service but acts as a booking agent for the features car and service provider. The customer is obliged to follow the terms and conditions of the service provider that are available on the service provider's website.

  2. Since the company acts as a booking agent and is responsible only for the losses resulting from the negligence of the company while making bookings, any problem related to the delivery of the car parking service will be complained to the service provider according to their terms and conditions.   3. The owner is responsible for the vehicle and its contents while it is being parked. Whilst your car is parked with us, your own insurance policy is responsible for your vehicle. Our insurance covers moving it from the airport to our compound, but not for any other purpose.

  4. In the event of damage, claims for compensation won't be considered until we receive written confirmation of the damage on the return of the vehicle to the terminal. A picture of your vehicle is essential before you drop it off. Claims cannot be processed without a picture.

Limitation to our responsibility

  1. We are not legally responsible for the following:

  3. Any damage to the vehicle due to natural disasters, vandalism, theft, or fire.

  4. Since the interior of the car was never checked, we are not responsible for its condition. Moreover, no plugged dash cam will be accepted due to security concerns.

  5. Any chips or broken glass in the vehicle shall not be our responsibility, whether or not they are mentioned in this document or not.

  6. Regardless of whether or not any damage is mentioned in this document, we are not responsible for any damage to alloys or tires.

  7. Our service is not responsible directly or indirectly for delayed or missed flights. We are liable for refunding your payment in case failing to provide any service.

  8. We will take responsibility for any damages caused by improper vehicle maintenance or negligence during the car wash.

Alterations and Cancellations

  1. Cancellations made within 72 hours of travel day will not be refunded.

  2. After a service has begun, customers who wish to curtail their stay will be charged for the entire service.

  3. You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled service date and receive a full refund and fewer administrative costs.

  4. During the duration of the stay and within 72 hours of departure, any alterations made will incur an additional charge for each modification. You are required to mention the alteration via email.

Customer Relations details

  1. The following procedure must be followed if you wish to raise any concerns or issues.

  2. We are committed to responding to your query in a timely manner and will do our utmost to get back to you within 14 working days.

  3. The customer copy coupon receipt will include all correspondence details.

  4. It is essential to report any incidents or issues to our staff members, and all matters should be documented accordingly. Failure to do this can result in a lack of acceptance of liability.
